You should always try to eat vegetables, fruits, whole grains and lean proteins. Now I know it can be confusing to decide what to eat so I came up with a very simple solution that you can start using today. I call it the simple swap principle.
The only rule with the simple swap principle is to make simple, healthy swaps for your meals. Here’s what I mean. Instead of ordering a cheeseburger for lunch, order a salad with grilled chicken. Instead of having a side of fries, choose a vegetable! Instead of having a glass of soda, elect to have a glass of water. We’re not trying to reinvent the wheel; all we are trying to do is to get into the habit of eating food that is better for you. If you can make these small changes, I promise you that you will be fit sooner than you think.
Hey you, yeah you! It’s time to come out of your dorm and be active! Here’s the crazy part; when you’re active, you’ll end up meeting more people, quickening the time it takes to get into shape and have fun in the process! So what are you waiting for?

You need to drink more water if you’re trying to get in shape. Not only is water calorie free, but water really does have enormous benefits for your body. Water helps you stay hydrated, aids your metabolism, cleans toxins from your body, reduces the risk of cancer and offers many more benefits. Drink more water, your body will thank you.
Get Your Rest
